MacDonald Audio is also an authorized Music Choice dealer, providing satellite and broadband music services. Established in 1994 by Andrew MacDonald with locations in Cadillac Michigan and Naples Florida, MacDonald Audio continues to expand its customer base through interconnect partnering agreements, customer referrals, web-based referrals, and prospect selling. MacDonald Audio features two state-of-the-art sound-proofed digital recording studios and the very latest in audio delivery platforms. MacDonald Audio is one of a few messaging companies in the United States that offers remote load messaging via the internet connection with true CD audio fidelity. |

Andrew MacDonald - Owner
After graduating with a marketing degree from Michigan State University in 1980, Andrew began his career in the radio industry. In 1994 he launched MacDonald Audio Incorporated as a full service on-hold-messaging company. He has a wealth of experience in business, marketing, writing, audio production, and telephone system configurations. Early in his career Andrew was a founding member of the Lakefront Development Committee, credited with transforming nearly a mile of Lake Cadillac shoreline into a beautiful city park. Andrew serves on the board of two nonprofit 501c-3 corporations: the Junction of Hope based in Chesaning, Michigan, and the After 26 Project based in Cadillac, Michigan. Both corporations are dedicated to the employment of special needs adults. Andrew also served 10 years as the cross-country ski coach for Special Olympics Area 32. He is also the founder of Lakefront Days, a summer festival held along the shores of Lake Cadillac. He is an avid play-by-play sports announcer and helps broadcast boys and girls high school basketball finals on the MHSAA radio network. Andrew is a long time and dedicated community volunteer. |

Shane McIntosh - Vice President
Shane is a long-time 'audio guy', starting out at the age of 16 as a part-time DJ at WATT radio in Cadillac. Shane, who has been in the business for over 25 years has worked in a multitude of capacities in the radio and television industries including on-air, programming, promotion, writing, and production. Shane's keen writing ability, smooth and powerful voice, and overall knowledge of the audio and marketing businesses provide a highly-effective skill set for Mac Donald Audio. Shane is a true audio pro and completely dedicated to his work and customers. Originally from Racine Wisconsin, he moved to Michigan with his family in the 80's. While he loves Northern Michigan Shane remains a dedicated cheesehead and is a loyal supporter of the Green Bay Packers. Shane is a 1986 graduate of Marion High School. In addition to working with music in his off time Shane is an eclectic music connoisseur. |

Alison Scholton - Office Manager
Alison started her career in the retail business. Alison spent ten years at Sandy's Jewelry in downtown Cadillac. When the business was sold she was hired as a bank teller at NBD (which was later sold to Citizen's Bank). Soon thereafter she was promoted from bank teller to customer service representative -- working at the bank for at total of ten years. Alison joined MacDonald Audio in 2003 and handles the day-to-day operations of the business office as well as client relations. Alison, extremely thorough and very well organized, is as a key player in ensuring our customers get the maximum benefit from their on-hold messaging. Alison also performs semi-annual quality checks of our customer's on-hold-messaging systems. Alison's upbeat attitude and pleasant demeanor are a real plus, and greatly assists in her working with clients and prospects. Alison is a long-time community volunteer for First Baptist Church in Cadillac and is a mentor for Cadillac Community Schools. |
